If we apply another qualifier altogether, vampire stories from lesbian African American authors, the field is pretty small indeed. However, when we get into the question of vampire stories from African American authors, the number of options drops precipitously. The field of vampire fiction is pretty well stocked, when it comes to scary vamps, sexy vamps, cishet vamps, and others of their ilk.
